I need to hire a pre-sales guy for my product - WAN optimsation, branch convergence etc - but the budget I've been given is not fantastic at this point, so they'd need to be junior and work themselves up. I can however negotiate on the persons behalf if I find the correct candidate.
The main thing I need is the right aptitude and ability to learn - but that said I would prefer someone with WAN optimization experience (Bluecoat, Riverbed, Exinda, Packateer etc) and SAN experience (EMC, Netapp, IBM etc).
