Junior Programmer Contractors

Where would it be best to look for junior programmers on a 6 month contract for programming, in this instance either Java or VB.net?

Any recommendation of sites or agencies that you have used?

Not my company personally (which is a development house), but another company asked me to recommend junior contractors for a single 6 month contract (no idea if there are future opportunities or not) in the Randburg area. I mentioned all the juniors I know are all seniors or managers now, hence the thread.

I also do-not know where you should look, but can offer my services if it's Silverlight stuff (not junior though).
May get some results by putting an ad on gumtree.
