An international company situated in Bellville seeks to appoint a Junior Third Line Analyst (Networks) who meets the following criteria :>
Essential Knowledge/Skills
Switching, Routing, VPN, Security/Firewall, IP Sub-netting, Wireless, ADSL, Bandwidth Management, Network Load Balancing, VOIP/QOS, Technical project planning and design.
Essential Qualifications
CCNP & JNCIA and above qualified and/or minimum of 6 years networking experience required.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate will :
· Provide guidance and advice on problem resolution approach.
· Proactively identify process and team areas that require improvement and facilitate resolution.
· Ensure that documentation is relevant to effective resolution of problems
· Encourage and oversee team focus on process improvement.
· Provide technical guidance and knowledge based on more complex issues across a wide range of technologies.
