Installation took exactly 41 minutes with no hiccups.

Start-up is bit faster and everything responds quicker than usual.

Will be checking for other noticeable changes and post them here.

PS: This is not the RC build. I have the Final Release.

Sorry about the bad photo quality.

Nice wallpaper. :D
I really hope Service Pack 2 will sort out my regular blue screens.

By installation do you mean a clean vista sp2 install or a vista sp2 patch install ?

Yeah, check winsxs folder if MS have gotten around to cleaning that mess - I'm sitting at 13GB

No BSOD yet.

It is not a patch. This is the legit SP2 that was released to Technet and MSDN subscribers. It will probably only go public in about a month or 2.

looks like a CRT screen... is that a really a sony or a pirate license? :p

LOL. somebody must have driven over it with a 10 ton roller.

Fyi, it is possible to remove the text at the bottom right of the screen indicating that the os is an evaluation version ;)

Yes. I know about that. But it is was not done in that way.

SP2 also includes a Service Pack Clean-up tool (Compcln.exe)

There's something to play with.

I saw that and it gives this message:

Code:
This operation will make all service packs and other packages permanent on this
computer. Upon completion you will not be able to remove any cleaned packages from this system.

Would you like to continue? (Y/N):

Just found a similar tool for SP1 vsp1cln.exe sitting at 11.2 GB on that winsxw folder now. Doesn't bug me just being curious.
I'm wondering if 64Bit has something to do with it.

For some reason, after installing SP2, my computer restarted and the first thing I got before even seeing my desktop was a BSOD.

Then my NOD32 decided to not work, maybe it doesn't like SP2 or something...

And they say 7 is Vista SP2.. I think so too. ;)
