After 3 years of having issues with both lines in my house and having countless Telkom techs visit my line is finally perfect.

3 months now without 1 drop due to rain.

I have an issue with my line because of rain and still it hasn"t been fixed. Do you know what he exactly done like maybe they put waterproof lines(do those exist) or did something at the exchange because even a slight drizzle buggers up my line for a couple of days.

If you have overhead wires, check that the connection box on the pole isn't damaged or rusted if it's one of the old metal types.
