So I have just started my accounting articles and I am currently on the FNB student account but I am trying to decide which bank or account I should move to.
At the moment I have a credit card linked to my father's account and I just pay him back at the end of the month. He seems fine with this so far, but I would prefer an option where I can monitor what I am spending on the card during the month hence deciding on the change. (Just thought I if i can link the Credit card to 22/7 and just see what I am spending on this so is an option to)
I currently am thinking of 3 options -
Investec - R260pm
FNB young professionals - R160 (I think)
FNB gold cheque + credit card unlimited option is R140. I do quite a few eft's a month so cannot go for the cheaper option.
I am not planning on applying for finance any time soon for a house or car so this is not something I am too concerned about when making my decision.
At the moment I am leaning towards FNB as the ebucks rewards seem better than Investec's options. And from what I can tell there website is better to (haven't seen the investec interface when logged in tho)
I am going to start putting some money into unit trusts each month but planning on using easyequities (need to confirm if it is the cheapest admin fees as I am not sure of investec's yet.)
