Just who do you call for problems?

Hi Guys,
My Wimax in Somerset West has been messing around since the middle of last week. My router does not get a response from the IPCP for over 10 mins. It sometimes establishes a session but then the IPCP goes down shortly afterwards. I have spent a total of 102 minutes holding for someone on 0800375375 to answer :mad:. Anybody with any ideas how I can even report the problem??
A very frustrating way to spend a weekend......:(

I phoned 0800375375 and there is a WIMAX option somewhere in there:confused:, then they answer quickly!!!..........................I hope:sick:
