Lets say that you are able to connect to another ssid.

How do you find out who or what it is? and the setup if DHCP doesn't work, how do you find other ips on the network?

Guess a common range and try those.

Fire up kismet and see what ips are being used from the data it sniffs....... asuming the network is unencrypted.
