JVC 49" UHD TV

I have gotten a new JVC tv Model LT-49N675U.

My Youtube and Netflix audio is out of sync and would like to know if anyone else has the same problem
and how to fix it if possible

The TV is coeccted via Ethernet and I have an 6mbps internet conection.

I think it's a streaming problem and the machine inside is not very good and that's why people use TV Boxes or separate streaming devices.
