Hi, I have a JVC Smart TV LT-48N785. That gave no problems in the evening, then when switching on the next day with the remote went to the blue screen then the little colour circles that go round and round then it switches off by itself. I is just out of its warranty and we don't live in a small town far from a city. I have googled how to factory reset ect ect ect, but the problem is that the tv does not even go to the menu, and the other how to advise does not work either.
Does anyone have something that I can download from my laptop and put on a memory stick and maybe plug that in the tv and?????
