JVC Smart TV Problems

Bought a 58 inch Smart TV from Game about 6 weeks ago. The tv keeps flashing to a black then blue screen for a couple of seconds. While on Netflix screen goes black then defaults to hdmi (normal) screen. Any idea what we can do or should I just take the tv back.

Take it back and try, sorry, getting a better brand..... Samsung, LG, Hisence or Skyworth woud be better.
