K3765 Connects but no internet

Hi . Got the 2GB promotiom from vodacom today. Installed the new VMC software and all is fine using my old E220 modem. However the new modem seems to connect but i cannot rowse internet. Any suggestions ?
 
You will need to experiment a little to get some clues as to what the issue can be. Have you tried the modem on a different computer or in a different location?
 
Not the location thats the problem. Network sharing says connected but no internet. Don't have another computer to use now. Could it b. the way the network is setup ?
 
Hi Guys
I have the same problem.
Only thing is that it suddenly stopped working. Modem connects to network but no internet access. Have light blue connection.
My modem is in a TP-Link MR3420 router. Took out of the router and installed in my desktop. Same problem.
Tried in my laptop. works fine. Very strange. Nothing changed on my desktop.
Anybody have any ideas
