K4605 USB Modem

K4605 Does not work with Mac Lion

I bought the modem on advice of a "professional" from Vodacom 3G Shop in Sandton who was sure it would work with 10.7 as on the box it claims to be compatible with 10.6 or higher recommended.
Unfortunately signed some piece of paper without reading since I was told it was for guarantee.
The modem does not load the software, there is no replacement or modification to the modem available. The only solution is some software which the shop loads from private stick but which does not resolve problem with re-installation. One can imagine having to travel with the Mac to the shop for the software re-installation every time when it is needed. The shop's personnel does not seem to understand that one cannot download anything when the very modem is the only connection with Internet one has (no knowledge of chicken and the egg situation).
I requested a refund but was told that it is not a company policy and, after all, I signed the paper that it was my own choice. I only needed it for two weeks visit to South Africa. Fatal error to visit Sandton Vodacom 3G.
So what is that address of Peter Uys again?
