Kalahari.com Pre-Orders

Hi All

I see that Kalahari.com has now decided to charge for pre-orders when the order is placed and not when it is shipped like they used to. Does anyone know if there is any legal guidance on when they are allowed to take payment? I find it pretty poor that they can take money from us for stuff that is not yet available.

Works the same with Incredible Connection. It is allowed to request a deposit prior to order.

My general experience with Kalahari is they take money without giving you things even when it says 2 days delivery time..

This is to safeguard them imo which isn't a major problem, what i don't like is that they credit you in vouchers as apposed to putting the money back into your account forcing you to buy something eventually on the site. Only gripe i have.
