Wanted to buy something, found it cheaper on Takealot even with the voucher.... come on Kalahari.

I know, let's inflate the price by 15% and then we discount it by ten. Genius!

Yeah, sometimes you almost need to buy something you don't necessarily need in order to get value from the discount. I guess Kalahari is happy with that status quo

I doubt that Wolfenstein TNO would be cheaper on TA... I've checked.

Was looking for toasters. Then looked for Canon ink cartridges. And even looked for tubed 100ml Nivea cream. Use a lot of the regular Nivea stuff in the house. The cream was R36.99 at Kalahari for 100ml, while Dischem sells it at R15.99 for 100ml.

I did the same thing last night and couldn't use the voucher because nothing worked out reasonable.

When takealot issues a voucher, I am always able to make up a basket even if it is Nivea deo or pool chlorine floaters and it is worthwhile compared to buying from a physical shop.

Kalahari seems to have lost it's way with pricing.

So did I - but instead of receiving the game today, I received an email saying its late and that I will only get it on 11 June.
I cancelled it, logged it in hello peter and made a mental note to NEVER buy from Kalahari again.

I don't mind waiting. That's what my order for Wolfenstein TNO originally said. Besides 50% from voucher + eb is better than R450 or R420...

Honestly Kalahari is a big waste of time.
I much rather support a business that delivers as promised. Never again will I make the mistake of buying from Kalahari.

I wonder in which decade I will get my refund - judging from all the hello peter complaints, late/no delivery on goods and late refunds is a norm for Kalahari.

Up until this morning, my delivery date was 29th.

I have the same problem. They let you order and pay for the goods then dont keep up their end of the deal.

I ordered and paid for my items on 27th May 2014. Used the coupon sent to me in the mail too. I was promised delivery on 30th then I get mail stating they are having trouble sourcing my items. I replied with an angry email with no response. On the 29th I get a mail that the order has been dispatched for next day 30th. The next day no goods arrive but I receive another mail stating that goods will be arriving late -> 12th June 2014. I reply with an even angrier mail, no response from Kalahari. I so wanted to cancel the order but then you end up losing out as you cannot re-use that coupon
