In south Africa martial art is neglected, yet they fly all over the world to represent South Africa in the sport of Karate and in most cases unprivileged children join karate if only it could be recognized and sponsors be given to them at least Karate suits for students who really love karate

I don't think suits are the issue.
The issue is getting karate instructors and venues in places easily accessible to these kids.
They can train in shorts & a shirt.

Because Karate is not a mainstream sport like in Japan or Muay Thai in Thailand.

Here it is rugby, soccer or cricket. Even boxing is not what it once was in South africa.

MMA is growing though but will never reach Rugby status in SA.
