Hi

Is there some magic way of renewing my Kaspersky anti virus?

I bought one a year ago, now time has come for me to renew it and I am being taken in circles.
They ask you to enter your licence number, but there is some secret trick to finding it, that I cannot find!!!!!!!

Every number that they have given me simply rediverts me to another space that asks for the licence number that doesn't exist.

I am ready to give up and tell Kaspersky to go and jump!

You go out and buy another copy of kaspersky and enter the new key.

You can buy a new key from @lantic, they're really cheap, and you can get a monthly subscription in case you get sick of Kaspersky's crap. ;)

See here

It's only R15 pm which equates to R180 per year. If you buy a one year licence they charge R169. The only thing is, you can only get Kaspersky Internet Security, which is the midrange product. They don't sell the regular Antivirus or the PURE version.

OK - just downloaded Eset Nod32.

Just one question - why is it not asking me to uninstall Kaspersky, or is it different to the likes of Norton and Macafee?
