KaZaA slow again with ADSL

Kazaa died a HUGE death a loooong time ago. I am very impressed with the following program:

LimeWire.... do a google search (im not sure if links r allowed...?)

Once you have that... open LimeWire up and download the Pro version which is an even greater improvement on this already awesome p2p prog.
 
if I want to use port 80 with limewire and bittorrents etc do I have to foward any ports on my router?
