Hi,

I'm due for an upgrade on MTN. I'd like to go from an 'Anytime 350' contract to an 'Anytime 200' contract.

Problem is - I have R1300 of accumulated credit. The reps at MTN told me that if I downgrade, I'll lose my current balance. The only way to keep it is to stay on the Anytime 350.

Does anyone know of a way that I could downgrade and still somehow keep my credit balance?

Thanks

Nope, unfortunately you will lose it all. Better start phoning people! And how come you've accumulated that much?

Have same problem but less, have R500 on MTN anytime 200 contract.
We accumulate so much cos we dont use it - tis the reason to downgrade.
I think the option of downgrading will be more beneficial finance wise inthe long run.

convert it to data, then download what ever your heart desires.

lol, got a BB half way through the contract, and now with BBM, I land up using far less actual airtime. Hence my decision to downgrade...
