Hi,
On a Sunday evening my DSL line goes down. :mad: Phone 0800375375, haha 74 min later, Can we help, OK fault logged, heres your ref number sir.:)
Monday afternoon receive a call from service center, Your line is suspended:mad: Hold on for accounts dept, ( conference call, techie, accounts and me ) Accounts dept, No problem on my account.:p Techie OK sir we will check the line.
FRIDAY call from call center, OK sir your line is fixed and working, fault = LINE SUSPENDED. Go figure.
Sunday evening, loose DSL again, Phone again, Fault = Faulty modem.
Monday. Take modem in to Direct Shop, sorry needs to be in a box, ( this is 18 months down the line) Borrow a box from a friend at Telkom;) Back to Direct shop. Get brand new Billion modem but ONLY with a 6month warranty. All working fine now.
Moral of this story, KEEP YOUR BOX:D

Glad it all worked out though :)
