Keeping Disconnecting - Cape Town

Is anyone else experiencing frequent disconnects for the past 2 or 3 days (i never used to have any disconnects before). Im using Vista Ultimate and my iBurst connection seems to just 'fade away' in the background. The 'Dial-up' dialog doesnt even popup to ask whether it should reconnect or not.

I keep getting disconnected! I've hit my cap (which is normal around this time of the month), and I get about 5 - 10 automatic disconnections a day.
I'm not sure if it's iburst themselves causing the automatic disconnections or trouble with the connection to the network.

I've had several random disconnections yesterday and today. Same thing - no reconnection popup. It's getting exceedingly annoying.
