Keeping hands warm - while typing

I also battle with cold hands, mainly due to bad circulation. I use fingerless gloves, but the problem is that it's the tips of my fingers that get the coldest. The only real solution is doing movements to increase blood flow, like opening and closing your hands, or swinging your arms. Also make sure there isn't too much pressure on your wrist cutting off circulation when at the PC.
That's an interesting idea. I typically have v warm hands. And I only noticed that my hands were freezing 2 days ago.I don't remember having cold hands before... So I think it's the environment - My office is upstairs and have only been in this house for a year. And last winter my son was born so we had heaters on everywhere. With the price of electricity and what I paid per month last winter, I'm avoiding heating and airconditioning at all costs. So I'll happily try year gloves first before running an aircon all day!
(My gas heater doesn't seem to do the job - and the smell sucks after it runs for too long)

I guess I'm fussy too! Never thought I'd turn into an old man so young!

+1
Also got 3 pairs from Pep last year. Cost about R10 per pair. They are a must if you use a smart device!
Good tip, feel no pain butchering Pep gloves. At the op my extremities also freeze during winter, gloves and smallest fan heaters work the bomb.

This is a good point R30 for pep gloves seems like a reasonable experiment... will try get there tomorrow morning!

Forgot to follow up...

So I never got to the shop to get gloves. My mom however ordered and got me wooly knitted fingerless gloves from a place in fish hoek. They are nice... But haven't used them while typing... Ironically I now work in an office where it's nice and toasty. So I don't really need these as much as I used to.

But - the price of these was around 60 bucks.
