Kenilworth ADSL congestion

Hi

Does anyone else in the Kenilworth exchange have terrible congestion?
Every night from just before 20:00 to about after 23:00 the exchange slows down and the normal ping to Cape Town climbs to about 200 - 250ms, sometimes more.

I have also asked the service provider to look into this problem.

Please let me know if you have the same problem.
