Kerio WinRoute Firewall is a kind of proxy server program that is used by some ISP's, and I dont wanna pay for it, R11000 for a 100 user license, is mental

What is so special about this firewall software in any case? Why not just use ZoneAlarm that is free for example?

You are not likely to get an open source product that matches what Kerio WRF does. Well, you can make up something that does the same with a box running Smoothwall or PfSense for example, but it won't be so smooth and straight forward to use, nor will the GUI be very easy.
If you are looking for a personal firewall, I highly suggest Comodo. But if this is for a networked environment, you need to look at Smoothwall or PfSense. Either way, you will need to spend some time getting up to scratch on it.
