Kernel 2.6.38 breaks v4l support in MythTV

In case somebody else also has issues with analogue tuners no longer showing in Mythtv, you must compile myth from the latest source (git://github.com/MythTV/mythtv.git). The source files on the website do not reflect this bug fix yet.
