Kevin Meltzer is the co-founder of Consology and has been the Business Development Director of the company for the past nine years. After graduating from UCT Kevin spent three years in the UK where he gained contact centre experience and managed customer care teams. Kevin became involved in information technology while working in the US for WebTV Networks, which was subsequently purchased by Microsoft.
He then returned to South Africa to join M-Web in their consumer division. As M-Web, expanded Kevin moved to M-Web Business Solutions where he spent a year heading up corporate Internet and e-commerce solutions.
Kevin joined JSE listed EC-Hold in 1999 as General Manager to start up the Cape Town presence for the information security division ISA. After successfully establishing ISA, Kevin went on to pursue his passion in Self-Service and e-billing by co-founding Consology.
Consology is a global provider of Self-Service, e-Billing and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. Consology deploys online service solutions that help customers connect to superior service and companies to a rapid return on investment. The company has pioneered the Self-Service market, implementing solutions that benchmark new standards for online Self-Service in South Africa.
