Hi There

Do any of you guys know about a real nice application that can trace keys pressed on a machine.

I have a suspicion that someone at our firm is leaking internal information, and would like to prove it.

I would appreciate your help...

Thanx

Not neccessarily that - it can also be a rootkit which gives control of the PC to an external party - which then can "eavesdrop" in on emails, documents and the such without having to be at the office physically.

Most of the "invisible" non demo products are for a price.

Bunch of keyloggers on there, depending on your antivirus solution, it might get detected and display a message on the users screen, so best no AV for the week ;)
And best to check the code for any phone home type stuff by the author you choose.I take no responsibility for anything you do with the link.
A hardware keylogger might be the best solution, just plug it in the back of the PC between the PS2 mini din and the motherboard PS2 slot.
You could always set up a sniffer on the network and monitor and reassemble the workstations traffic.
That's about it,hope you get the bugger.

I can code something up for you if you can't find a keylogger that's cheap & undetected by Anti virus.

I use a program called SC-KeyLog and it works well. It sends all the data typed to a specified email.
