keyboard help

Guys

Please help me

I have a HP omnibook and something has happended to the k/board
setting.When I press 'd' I get 'j' and when I press '2' I get a ')'

Everything has got mixed up.Please help

First make sure the language settings are in order on your pc. Controll Panel >> Regional and Language options....

Then make sure the keyboard is correctly detected. If need be install drivers again. Normal US 101 is what you want.

If all else fails. Take another (different) keyboard, plug it in, see if it works properly. Then put the old one back.
