Keyboard problem 8520

Hi there.

I need some help. My wife's 8520 for some reason started to type the letter "a" or "A" or "*" constantly on its own. Can it be possible that the keyboard is dirty or have something stuck that is causing this or should I be more worried?

It makes it impossible for her to do any typing because it has a mind of its own.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

Back-up your data on the phone and send it in to your service provider to be repaired/replaced/whatever.

If you try and open it up you'll just void the warranty.
