I live in a complex where we're forced to use Kibo Connect. I have a 40/40 fiber line with them and I often don't get more than 3Mbps. On a good day I have 15% packet loss but quite often it goes up to 50% which effectively renders the line completely unusable.
They know it's an issue and they keep telling me they've got engineers working on it, but it has been like this since I moved in back in January! For over a month now they've been saying they're fixing it and billing me for fiber that just doesn't work!
They're useless and their service is appalling. They have no interest in fixing their customers' issues. If I wasn't forced to use them, I'd ditch them in a second. Back to expensive mobile data for me. Someone should report these guys as a scam.
