I though apple killed it in 2007 already
Hopefully Chrome does the same thing soon. That will drastically accelerate the death of Flash.

It has lost some followers due to it's sucking of RAM like it's a AAA game or something where it ends up slowing down the whole PC

It won't be impossible to change away from Flash to something else. Flash is not the only way to do what eFiling does.

Flash was often held up as one of the differentiating factors between iOS and Android. But the performance problems, excessive power consumption only served to make Android look bad. While Apple called it correctly, once Android gets rid of Flash support it will actually be removing a millstone from around its neck.
Sure it isn't. But how long do you think it will take SARS to make the necessary changes?
