Ok, the default windows & mac fonts suck donkey balls!
The Ubuntu fonts are 10x better imho and easy to install.

Edit: Just to add that it's not on par with Linux but way better than stock.
I posted this after booting into Win7 (for the first time in a long time) and got the schits with the font rendering.
