No seriously that PS3 has been unplugged for about 6 months. Makes you wonder.

Even worse, my WebAfrica local-only won't download the demo after queuing it up using my international bandwidth.

It worked for me when I got capped on TELKOM internet. Maybe its a TELKOM local thing. I downloaded Turok and RE5 (2+gigs in total) on local after my cap came in effect.

Hmmm. It could be that your Telkom local works fine, but not Webafrica.

Problem is, I still have +- 50% of my int cap!!

Strange. Maybe they are blocking ps3/certain downloads to safe on traffic. There was hints on that in another thread. Get a Axxess R70.00 1GIG Int voucher from Engen. If that works ok then tackle Webafrice for bad service.

Best is that the I gig carries over for a long time untill used up. Thus a nice backup if anything fails like cap, WebAfrica, whatever.

PS Maybe rather go for the 2 GIG if you have to download the whole demo again.
