So me and my dad got a piece.Thinking of cooking it in foil over the braai.Any healthy recipes you guys might know?

I'll just do the normal garlic butter, apricot jam, lemon juice & herb thing.

Kingklip is a gorgeous piece of fish ... the less added the better. Maybe a little butter and salt and pepper and then a smidgen of lemon juice when it's done, yummy.
