I finally found a copy of this at Incredible Deception and snatched it up.
So far I am impressed. For those that haven't heard about this it is a tactical turn based/realtime RPG very much in the mould of the Heroes Of Might and Magic (HOMM) games. Gameplay is divided into two sections - the realtime topdown portion where the player explores the world getting quests from NPC's in traditional RPG fashion and attacking enemy armies. Once you have engaged the enemy you are taken to an arena in which combat occurs in a turn based mode ala HOMM.
This game is miles ahead of HOMM. The graphics are amazingly fine with tiny little details cropping up all the time - The world teams with birds, butterflies, rabbits and strange plants. Being Russian it's eccentric and always surprises you with new fantastical units, enemies and quests.
This is the first game in years with the "One more turn. JEEZ IT'S 3am!" factor.
