anyone know where i can get hold of some of these locally.
my searches come up empty handed.

seems they were discontinued for some reason - maybe because they were too tough & reliable !!

The USB A interface makes them kuk when it comes to Macs which haven't come with USB A for years. It's now USB Type C or carry an extra dongle or adapter which also may reduce performance.
