Kingston HyperX DDR2-800 Memory

I have bought 2 x 1GB Kit of Kingston HyperX DDR2-800 Memory.
Part No: KHX1GB800D2/2 (For the love of Mike I cannot find this part no on Kingston's site)

My problem is that the Asus Crosshair motherboard that I use reports this memory to run at 667MHz. I cannot find a brochure/datasheet with the specs so that I can fine tune the memory in the motherboard's bios.

Now someone tells me that this is a South African part no and I cannot even get Rectron whom I bought it from to help me.

Is there anyone who can help? Is there an International part no equivalent to what I have bought? I will be forever grateful.

If it runs at 5-5-5 then it should be this.

KHX6400D2K2/2G 2GB kit DDR2 800MHz Non-ECC CL5
(kit of 2 - 1GB) 5-5-5-15-1 2.0V

If it runs at 4-4-4 then this.

KHX6400D2LLK2/1G 1GB 800MHz DDR2 Non-ECC
Low-Latency CL4 (Kit of 2)

If it's the SLI ones then this.

KHX6400D2LLK2/2GN 2GB 800MHz DDR2 Non-ECC
Low-Latency CL4 NVIDIA SLI-READY (Kit of 2) 4-4-4-12-1 2.0V

There should be an option in the BIOS to run it at 800 MHz ?
 
KHX6400D2K2/1G (2 x 512MB chips per set, I have 2 sets), has the same timings as the ram I bought. Can I safely use the settings in the data sheet?

Mobie is top of the range Asus Crosshair and it does support DDR2 800, np.

Check this out. from the datasheet. What does the part about the 667MHz means?

Kingston's KHX6400D2K2/1G is a kit of two 64M x 64-bit (512MB) DDR2-800 CL5 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules, based on eight 64M x 8-bit DDR2 FBGA components per module. Total kit capacity is 1GB (1024MB). Each module pair has been tested to run at DDR2 800MHz at low latency timing of 5-5-5-15 at 1.95V. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency 667Mhz timing of 5-5-5-15 at 1.8V. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and
requires +1.8V.
 
spd= serial presence detect.
aka a little chip on the ram modules that tells the motherboard what recommended timings to use (think of it as failsafe defaults, or "recommended timings")

go into your bios, and somewhere where it says ram timing it will be set to spd.
disable this, select manual, or user settings, and put it at the ddr2-800 recommended timings.

basically, a little chip on the ram modules has been told to tell the motherboard what the safe defaults are. and the motherboard is listening.
