You have tried to educate her about the scam, she refuses to learn, then she must learn the hard way. There are always gullible people out there, as I still receive the odd WhatsApp from their "CEO" stating that they are going to start charging etc., and various other scams via email and SMS. The fact that someone is still doing this, proves that there are enough people that fall for it to justify sending out all the messages.

I try to educate people on these scams, but if they choose to ignore me, that is there decision and they mustn't complain when they get burnt.

I know someone who fell for defence x, when it was reported the FSB had client bank accounts frozen. But those who got in early got to pay off their debts with the "amazing returns".

KIPI was in the news last week. Apparently they have opened a case of fraud against the *holding* company & these guys have been along for years.. they just keep changing the scheme name & re-market it as *new*.
People were calling in & saying they lost thousands of rands... very sad indeed
