Hi there and thank you so long for your help.

Current Setup:
2 x DG834G routers
One router has a network with 4 machines connected to it; network is called "Kantoor".
The second router has one machine connected to it but also has a network called "Kantoor" set up on it.
This VPN Tunnel is currently active and the 2 routers connected to each other with this tunnel.

What I want:
I want to join the computers connected to these routers to be able to share "shared" files & folders. Both can do it seperately but now I want to join these two networks.

Am I right in letting them have the same name?

Regards,
Deon

are the routers in the same room/building?

Goobie,
Nope. At the moment about 2km from each other (just to set up) but from next week one in Jo'burg and the other in George.

Regards,
Deon

Just setup a lan to lan type VPN this should work fine just rememeber if you in a workgroup type setup you will not be able to access the computer via their host names but with their IP address. To fix this you would need to setup a hosts file. Also the 2 LANs should be on a different subnet
