Kruger Park and ride

Hi all. Does any one have any experience using the park and ride service?

I’m going to the park in two weeks time and came across this service but not seeing a lot of info on it.
Does anyone know how much it is per person and if you can book beforehand or do you just show up at the gate?

Is it worthwhile or better to self drive?

Wonder what the price is?

If staying outside the park, it might be fun to do on 1 or 2 days vs self driving the whole week.

Did this in July. I think it was about 400ish per person, benefits are that the morning rides start earlier than the gates open for the public, evening rides end later. And you also get freaking cold if you go in winter.

You then talking about doing a drive with one of the camps? This seems to be a service that is for people staying outside the park.
