They setup my ADSL line in less than 48 hours. That is amazing!! Also the call center people were really helpful and knowledgeable.

Or maybe I was just really lucky. :D

Edit: In that thread I was thanking anyone that read the thread and may have sped things along for me.
 
Well they're taking 2 weeks allready to replace a stolen cable in my area which is affecting me and apparently the're investigating why my phone line is non functional. Me wonders when they are going to put 2 and 2 togethher
 
They seem to be sorting themselves out lately. Maybe they realized that the free monopoly ride is gonna end soon. Then they will - god forbid - have to compete on a level playing field.
 
Strangely, they managed to upgrade my line from 384kb/s to 4mb/s in about 6 hours ...

took me 17 days and 2hrs to upgrade to 4mb!

17 days for useless agents to *&^% around and on the 17th day i finally found a lady who listened to me and got me hooked up in 2 hrs!

OMG people have no idea how often this happens with anything regarding a phone line. You will phone everyday and get a different person on the line, each with their OWN story. Then after a few days you finally get the right person and solves the problem in minutes. It's ridiculous.
