I faxed them my application at 19:30 on Wednesday evening, phoned three minutes later to confirm that they received, and guess what, Franco told me my account is already active and my settings have already been mailed to me.

Quick and painless!

Guess where my clients are going to get their axxess from..... :-)

I agree koffiejunkie
They are the best ISP that I have been with. And thanks to them we have all these new ADSL packages like the 20Gb,10Gb & 5Gb accounts.
Everybody else(IPS's) just follows what they do.
And it's nice to see a PE company showing the rest of SA how it's done!

I prefer the web africa accounts:P but hey, axxess sounds good as well

Yes LaRoosTa
I upgraded my 10Gb to a 20Gb no problems.
It was done over the phone.

I agree with w1z4rd, with Web Africa u pay R570 p/m wich is like R9 cheeper than axxess but the main thing i like is the 4 concurrent connections u can have will Web Africa. Its nice to see some competitive nature in the Service Provider market!

Not quite sure what I can do with 4 Concurrent sessions yet.
R9 is not a deal breaker either.

I am sure Axxess are taking notes.

AXXESS is just great, no doubt about that!!!

LaRoosTa - I am not one to correct, but I have a slight modification to your signature where it states "In US you can get a 15mb fibre line installed at your home for the same price as Telkom ADSL." you should probably think about changing that to "In US you can get a 15mb fibre line installed at your home for THREE TIMES LESS as Telkom ADSL with worse service" I pay $50 for verizon fibre, from what I have seen in South Africa, I will be paying around $200 for 30GB. Makes one sick doesnt it ... makes one want to go postal!!! :D Soon I will be dropping my 15MB when I move to SA, and my US cronies will be laughing at my archaic 512k, perhaps 1024 if that is available to us by then.

Just signed up with Axxess - Sunday morning - yes, 5 minutes and all is in order!
Now that is good service. :)

yep. Nothing is easier than signing up with axxess :)
The whole process took me about 7 minutes. 2 extra minutes to correct my account name :p
Two thumbs up for Axxess, keep it up!
