My lappy is now 2,5 years old and has given me excellent service. Had the mobo, LCD and frame around the keyboard replaced earlier this year. Last Friday I contacted tech support and today a technician came to replace my keyboard and LCD bezel frame. The keyboard has been giving intermittent problems on the control keys. The bezel got damaged when a rubber plug came loose and I tried to stick it back with super-glue. The plug ended up stuck to my finger and I spilled glue on the frame, leaving permanent damage
Service was fast and professional just like the previous two times I requested service from Dell. Can't imagine buying a different brand ever again
