Asked for new DSL line installation 2 weeks ago for the 2nd April. Techie phoned me the day before yesterday and installed it yesterday! Yay!!! Only hicup was someone at the exchange unlugged my port again about one hour later. Lucky had the techie's number and he came back to fix it!

Bought a prepaid 1GB from Engen and then proceeded to do an uodate for Team Fortress 2 :D 500mb later ... :sick:

It's refreshing to occassionally see something other than Telkom bashing. It just shows that there are a few good people at that company, even though they hardly speak to any of us...

Now, let's get back to bashing Telkom
 
hehehe, well that did not take long at all :P So this morning it's dead again. Looks like someone unplugged the port again :(

At least the call centre picked up within seconds but she said they would most prob only be able to resolve this on Monday!! Oh well!!!

Lucky the diginet at my house is still up but it's not fast enough to play games on. Pity!!
