Kulula overcharging woes

Hi. Has anyone had issues with British Airways/Kulula charging.

It's happened to me twice. They offer flights at a certain price but then their payment gateway doesn't work. Later they offer to do it manually but charge a lot more.

They told me it was the bank denying the charge, but as they were unable to provide proof of that (obviously they didn't bother to check, they just lied), I got wise to this and phoned the credit card provider as I was booking and they said the payment request was not being made.

I'm going to log with Hellopeter but wondered if anyone else was experiencing this recurring issue. It's been over weeks now
 
Yip - had something similar a few months ago. Credit card declined for no reason and when I phoned they said it was not a problem they'd just process it manually and I assumed at the same price (no values were discussed). The charge then came through at a much higher rate than the quoted web price. On complaining, they claimed there is an extra fee for manual booking since now you are using a "travel agent" by phoning them.
