KZN South Coast poor coverage

It's not just the South Coast but even in the City in Centurion Vodacom just has poor coverage.

On holiday at the KZN South Coast. Uvongo, Margate, Ramsgate but so so bad speeds and very poor coverage.

On a Samsung S10 and I have to be stuck with 2 bars of EDGE coverage.

Vodacom has really been poor for me lately not sure if it always was like this or not. Even when you do get 4G it's not even 4G+ so it's slooooow like 0.45Mbps slow.

MTN and Rain is not doing any better here on the South Coast. Basically only Telkom with decent coverage that works. Switched back to my prepaid Telkom sim. Vodacom useless.

Can only make calls with VoWIFI and that is when I'm connected to my Telkom Mifi.

Disappointing considering I just got the Black Friday data bolt on to my contract.

I have found when I'm in that area MTN is the only service provider that works.

I've nothing against MTN's technical ability for comms. My problem with them lies in the spam they send when recharging airtime.

Vodacom was down here for 3 hours today. It's recovered now. I couldn't even make a phone call.

MTN was still alive during that period.
Albeit terribly slow.

Seems like the Network's get overwhelmed with people moving around on holiday this time of the year.

Thats all I can think of.
