Who here follows La Liga ?

I do and i must say, RM and Barca are really finished. Watching clubs like Wigan and bolton play is more entertaining. Looks like Utd will meet barca in CL Semi's and im really looking forward to how we going to kick their spanish asses :)

well i dont watch the games but i follow the results

barcelona have so many injuries if they dont get that sorted man u will roll em

Just feels like their football quality has lowered. No idea why but I perceive it that way. Seeing how Barca and Real play. Maybe they're following the PSL model here. :s

I watched the odd barca or real game when serie a isn't on. It seems like nobody in spain really wants to win the league each week the big boys mess up.

barca have so MANY INJURIES AT THE MOMENT maybe thats why they seem poor

what is so many ? and who ?

If you list Ronaldinho, dont forget that when he was playing, Barca were playing poorly, out of 6 games they only managed 8 points. That is shocking for their standards.

barca have not been the same team since ronaldinho got injured

with henry not playing well
eto just came back from injury

if barca can get these players back they might have a chance against united

Messi got injured lately, Ronaldinho was in very poor form since the beginning of Spanish League. He was so poor, he was taken off for many of the matches. No excuses here Killa ...

strange because losing messi and deco are like losing adeyor and fabregas for arsenal

I repeat, since the beginning of the season, they are not playing like the Barca of last season. Why do you think they looking to replace Rijkaard ? because Messi and Deco are injured ?

no i said barce are not playing well at the moment

they not done to badly this season

they are unbeaten in the champs league 5 points adrift in the la liga

its only lately they have been playing really poorly

guess being the only unbeaten team in the champs league is really bad hey

they are not the same barcelona because ronaldino is not on form and not playing well

take ronaldo out united, how they going to play so well?

snapshhit ( is it snapshot ? ) and other la liga supporters can do your compost'ing here.

@ Retard 21 - Only reason why Barca did not perform this year, they had 15 first team injuries.

You are a real noob, if u think that Boltom and Wigan play more entertaining football than Barca or Real Madrid. How old are you really?

Barcelona midfielder Xavi has turned up the heat ahead of the UEFA Champions League semi-final by saying Cristiano Ronaldo could be an even better player in Spain.

The Spanish international believes that the Manchester United winger has a tendency to overcomplicate things at times, and can even border on the verge of arrogance, but admits to being a huge admirer of the Portuguese star.

However, Xavi has also insinuated that Ronaldo has it easy in England as he given more time and space to showcase his talent, and feels that a real test of his ability would be provided by the tight and uncompromising defences in the Primera Division.

"Ronaldo has goals, dribbling, pace and a winning mentality but also he over-complicates things," Xavi said in the Daily Express.

Superior

"He feels so superior to everybody, and rightly so, that he tries things that are unnecessary.

"He could be a much better player if he was here, playing with us. I have a soft spot for him. I would love him to join us.

"I feel that at the moment he doesn't get as much pressure, as many demands, as he would get here. In England, if you do a couple of things right, people talk about you being a legend.

"Here if you don't control a ball properly or if you kick the ball into the stands, people hate you. So you have to become a better player.

Style

Xavi also gave former Arsenal star Thierry Henry as the perfect example of how world class talent can find it difficult to adapt to the rigours of life in the Spanish top flight.

"Fernando Torres is a better player over in England, with all the space he finds in front of him; here defences place themselves in their own box," he said,

"Thierry is like a horse that needs space to turn and he doesn't find it here. He has played better in away games, but in the Camp Nou he struggles.

"It is true the pace of the game between Liverpool and Arsenal was amazing, but the ball was lost or robbed every 30 seconds - that is not beautiful football.

"Football is played with the ball, it is about moving it from side to side to find spaces, to find yourself in superiority on the wing, to have little moments of magic.

"We can all be physical but not everybody can be tactically adept. That needs training and faith in that style. This way of playing has got much more merit."

lol@ retarded 21, is that the best you could do ?

anyways, typical of a sore loser to blame your teams pathetic form because of injuries. Every team goes through injuries, i dont see them crying like babies. :p
