hi,
I am hoping that there are some one that can help me.
Our company has employees that have been working for less than 12 months.
what is the position on annual leave, is it compulsory during the Christmas season.
Is bonus compulsory during the xmas season, (13 cheque)
from what i have read, up there is only leave due once they have worked more than 12 months,
and bonuses are not compulasry at all.
thease are woodworkers and carpenters,
the issue is that we have to work during the xmas "break" as we have orders to put out.
any help would be appreciated.
