I've recently been getting some annoying latency spikes. At first, I thought it was just the game I was playing, but then I did a few tracerts on both local and international sites. The result was the same for both. Here are a few of the tracerts I ran on myadsl.co.za :

I'm using a 192 ADSL connection, with Imaginet as my ISP(unshaped). I made sure there was nothing running while I tested this. I also made sure there was no spyware on my PC.
So, what I need to know now is, where do I start looking to find out what the problem is?
Any help would be appreciated, because this is really starting to bug me.
