Why? The page you linked to calls it a concept. All press releases call it a concept. Nothing in the videos says that it is going into production...

It is not going into production, but 4 will be made and be hosted at the Lamborghini museum, it is an anniversary gift. The cars is fully operational with no gimmicks.
